they do know how to manage
students and have very good connection with government and other scientists.
They rely on students and
postdoc's ideas. They don't write papers and proposals, just get idea from
others They are interested on being
a head of deparment.
Some of them are good scientists who have brilliant scientific ideas. They
aren't interested on social events,
