发帖数: 26 | 1 LD今年6月份想去巴西参加一个学术会议。目前是H1-B签证，没有拿H1-B离开过美国，
所以不能到加拿大或墨西哥拿美国签证。
根据目前了解的流程，必须先申请巴西签证；但要申请巴西签证，首先需要拿到回美国
签证，所以要想去开会，只能回国返签，然后申请巴西签证。这样圈子绕的太大。
不知有没有直接得办法，比如要求会议发个邀请，先申请到巴西签证，然后在巴西申请
来美签证。我都觉得有点行不通。不知道拿H1-B的AP，大家是不是都不会考虑到其他国
家开会。
希望有经验得人点评一下，多谢！ |

cannot go to CA/ME to apply for H1B. Otherwise, you are fine.
Depending on your major, you might get checked. |

to go to Europe.

catalog like F1->H1B, J1->H1B from 2008 in ME. You may still renew your
previous one.

letter. You can do it if you have flight ticket from Brazil to China.
