我们这里校内校外不少funding program，每年都有7－8轮。
如果招2个postdoc，边做边申请funding，是不是更好一些啊？ |

因为大部分人第一年也就是熟悉熟悉项目,第二年才是出成果的时候.

发帖数: 875 | 4 我现在还有几个proposal pending。应该还能再拿些钱。有1个已经差不多了。还有一
个我觉得很有希望。
过去这一年，就我一个人在干活，拿的这些钱。如果有2个postdoc帮我，我觉得随后一
年里再拿到更多钱的可能性会大很多吧。 |
