If NIH, there will be the JIT request first.
most other agencies will ask/confirm budget etc |

250 words abstract, 3. revised budget from $410000 to $360000.
Two weeks passed, still no final decision.
Any comments?

expect to get, a phone call from PM or a formal email from NSF? When can I
see the complete reviewers' comments? First time, no experience on this...
the proposal is submitted last Oct.
