else (well known experts) are in the field.

我2009年至2010年帮忙我老板写了4个NSF的proposal,到今天除了一个2月份投的还没有
消息以外，其他都没被fund.
虽然NSF 有些program 号称成功率20%，但是仔细看看，里面很多很多什么workshop啦
，dissertation improvement啦，travel啦等一些小钱的proposal在那里充数。。。要
算200K以上，低的没法说了。。。
一定要屡败屡战，一年投10个，期待中1个，这是N多senior faculty 跟我说的。

想黑你的时候可以说你虽然钱比另外一个人多，但是你写的Proposal更多，命中率太低
