2011开始。我投了简历。上周他们Chair打电话来，说想和我谈谈。于是约好昨天聊。
昨天我们通过电话聊了一会儿，感觉聊得还可以。由于职位是Spring 开始，假如我有
可能的话，我还有很多事情要做，于是今天下午我问Chair是否有希望.Chair回信说：
At this stage, I cannot say if you will be asked to interview for our
January position or not. But even if you were not, you would be still under
consideration for the later position. The decision of who and how many to
invite is dependent on various factors, some of which are out of our control
，mainly budgetary concerns.
However, I can say this. If you are considering schools like *** University,
they will most likely be interested in your giving a research oriented talk
.
是不是春季的职位因为预算原因取消了？“you would be still under consideration
for the later position”是不是表示Chair对我的phone interview还比较满意，还
