姿态：要 be positive，给对方一个非常积极、真的想来的感觉，工资给多点儿能够
make the decision much easier，不能完全满足也不是deal breaker。
风度：所有条件一次谈清楚，不要拖泥带水、默默唧唧、没完没了。
表面文章：找本专业的工资资料，了解当地living expense，特别是房价，然后给出一
个貌似有道理的数字。系里如果想要你而且能够afford你开的价，没人会追究你的数字
到底有多少根据。
不过有一点需要注意，作为candidate需要仔细read对方的反应，对方如果很强硬、一
副爱来不来的架势的话，还是早早从了的好。这一点美国人比中国人厉害，能够从系主
任的用词、语气中看出不少端倪。 |

马上加了4千。所以，简单的一句就是了，人家不同意就算了，但是说这一句不伤人的 |
