我目前有4个offer.
一个harvard postdoc, 一个yale postdoc.
一个u of michigan 的 research assistant professor
一个oregon state university 的tenure track assistant professor.
现在不想去oregon state 了，因为那个系里面真没什么人。我这点水平去
哪里也不会有什么发展。
所以现在考虑是u of michigan的 research assistant professor
还是harvard postdoc

RAP is not a good offer at all.

depends who you are going to work with.
you will get a better salary and benefits, but it is very hard to survive in
this
research track position in medical school.
