了时间修改，并加了一个牛人进来，10月份递交了resubmission。
However, the revised proposal was assigned to another study section ZRG1
RPHB (PRDP was the initial review study section). Is it good or bad for the
change of study section for the same proposal?
问了一下PD，得到如下答复：
ZRG1 means an ad hoc study section. It's possible that the Center for
Scientific Review is going to cluster applications by mechanism or that RPHB
is a general term for risk prevention health behavior and that PRDP falls
within that broader category. The CSR usually tries to provide continuity
of review but it is also trying some new things. Another applicant told me
that his resubmitted application was assigned to a different study section.
I think we have to wait and see. Please let me know when you get the name
of the SRO for the review group and I can check with that person for an
explanation.
请问ad hoc study section是不是意味着评审的团队缩小了很多，而且评审员是不是全
换了？很担心因为换人得分更差。多谢指教。 |

Having served as an NIH study section, I found the review now is very
arbitrary. The same proposal can even get the worse score after revision. Be
well prepared, bad or good. Many agree that wining a proposal is somewhat
like a wining a lottery now ... |
