Dear Principal Investigator,
We received your proposal submitted in the September 2013 NSF CHE submission
window. Please note that there are numerous changes to the Grant Proposal
Guide (GPG) issued in January of 2013, especially with regard to the Project
Summary and the "Prior Support" section in the Project Description. It
appears that many Principal Investigators (PIs) are not aware of these
changes. Therefore, we allow all PIs additional time to double check their
proposal for compliance with GPG guidelines, and to submit a proposal file
update if warranted. The deadline for all proposal file updates is Friday,
October 25, 5 pm (at the PI's location).
Please note that all submitters receive this email, and receipt of this
email does NOT imply non-compliance. We merely provide an opportunity to
those who may have missed the recent GPG updates and/or may have other non-
compliance issues. However, please be aware that all non-compliant proposals
will be returned without review after October 25, 2013.
我上个月写proposal的时候有点急，还有很多可以改进的地方。现在收到这封信，我还
可以再改proposal narrative么？以前有人遇到过这种情况么？ |

justification.就看你能不能justify change了。 |

发现，因为那个nsf grant已经过期了，所以不在current support里，但是是5年之内
的一个grant，居然被program manager查到，导致proposal直接退回来没给review。

别的东西？
