俺们这里一年想tenure，想都崩想
所有的东西都是从当ap开始算
之前的都归零。

发帖数: 13752 | 4 楼主的系里做得对。最近俺这里变得特保守，一个AP年轻小伙子做得非常好，
专业热门，funding一大把，人也很nice，不知为什么还连续两年被挑刺。
结果比我们高了一档的学校，直接给人early promotion...后果可想而知。

大概什么要求,结果我们系头给了我一个软钉子,明显不希望有人当出头鸟.
