1。从哪里能忽悠到经费，有没有相关的经验或人脉
2。需要什么样的研究条件和设备（比如买啥仪器之类的）
目的应该有两个：一是看你对带领一个组做研究有没有一些基本的常识，确定你不是只
会做实验发文章；二就是看他们的条件和你的要求有多少匹配及出入。

what you need. The truth is that they really want to know what
infrastructure you can bring without costing too much for them. You should
describe a concrete plan where to get this done. For example, carefully lay
out a plan for DURIP grant. Of course, you need to ask for some seed money
to make it convincing.
When answering any question during academic interview, follow two key
principles: 1. Have a grand vision of Indian style. (No pun intended here) 2
. Sprinkle some concrete details to avert the impression of empty talk.
