发帖数: 2041 | 5 3 and half year. Most APs in my school who has a R01 last few years
received their R01 around 3rd or 4th year. Of course, there are about 70%
of new AP won't be able to.

定的了，但我反而觉得这是好事。前老板那套做了三十年了，现在连J Neuroscience这
种不是顶端的杂志都不考虑俺们那一套了。我最近在研究一个和我领域相差挺大，但是
牛paper一个接一个的领域。突然发现，他们有很多已经做开了的ideas，搬到我们这行
大有搞头！希望不是异想天开吧。总之做我们这行的在这方面还没开窍。
现在选一个好topic，一辈子容易。宁肯头两年颗粒无收，好过一辈子灌水。
