发帖数: 82 | 1 请问学校faculty在通过学校申请国际专利 （PCT），那个assignment的合同最后一段
如下：
“I represent to the Assignee, its successors and assigns, that I have not
and shall not execute any
writing or do any act whatsoever conflicting with this Assignment. I, my
executors or administrators, will at any time upon request, without
additional consideration, but at the expense of the Assignee, its successors
and assigns, execute such additional writings and do such additional acts
as the Assignee, its successors and assigns, may deem desirable to perfect
its enjoyment of this grant, and render all assistance in making application
for and obtaining, maintaining, and enforcing the Letters Patent or similar
legal protection on the invention in any and all countries. ”
这里面的 my executors or administrators,是不是不应该出现在assignment
document 里面。因为学校里faculty的发明和领导有一毛钱关系？这里面感觉领导的运
作空间太大。如果是企业职务内发明我可以理解。
有类似经验的朋友能解答下吗？我是不是要咨询IP律师维护正当权益，不能草率签字？
