It's a great move for human rights in China.
China is doing the right thing.
Hopefully the Chinese would go further by abolishing
this "population hack" completely. 特别是强制性的implementation
I do not blame the Chinese for trying to control population growth though:
Deng Xiaoping generation of Chinese saw Japanese invaders raping and killing
(pregnant )women and babies en mass; they also saw mass starvation and 100
millions of refugees losing their homes/communities/babies.
And for much of 20th century, the Chinese lived in self-perpetuating PTSD (
cycles of violence) without healing.
The Chinese need to both open up to the west and
to turn to its ancient cultural treasures to heal themselves
and to heal the world. 道法自然。 德比赤子。
