最近NIH要在JIT的邮件里要求提交Federal Wide Assurance (FWA)有关材料，这个项目
我是跟国内合作的，本人和国内的合作者对这个Federal Wide Assurance (FWA)都不熟
悉，以前跟国内合作，只要对方单位提供一个IRB approval材料就行了，不知道这个
Federal Wide Assurance (FWA)是怎么一回事？是不是一个类似资助认证的东西啊？多

Federal Wide Assurance (FWA) for Human Subjects Research: An FWA must be
established for the parent site and for any component sites that may work
with human subjects. Instructions for obtaining an assurance can be found
at: http://www.hhs.gov/ohrp/assurances/index.html.
1. Please confirm all sites where human subjects activities will take place
and provide FWAs for each.
