发帖数: 1 | 1 面试过后挺久了，我给committee chair更新publication，顺便问了一下他们的进展。
他不到一小时就回了，这样说的：
Hi XXX,
It’s good hearing from you, and the committee truly appreciates your
frequent updates. We have one more candidate to interview. Your interview
was very early in the process because you were so highly ranked. Once the
last interview is conducted, the committee will make recommendations to the
faculty and the faculty will make recommendations to the Dean. We believe
we should have this near completion within the next 2-3 weeks.

我的面试有点早但是他又说是highly ranked。看这情况机会还大么？
有一点不理解，为啥highly ranked要先面呢？既然highly ranked先面完了，为啥还要
继续面其他人呢？
