Your school business development office might be willing to upfront the cost
(at least my school does).
Btw, some SBIR reviewers are not very good at following SBIR instructions
and make stupid comments because no one actually read the application
instructional lane to lane even the funded ones. NCI and NINDS study
sections are very good though. NIGMS not so much. | p*****i
