Asian faculty over represented
对于被学校的有色人种委员会发布报告称asian faculty over represented的行为，大
家有什么建议可以fight back吗？
学校是一个公立学校，当地人口大概50万，亚裔占总人口比例2%左右，黑人占总人口8-
10%。 学校的faculty黑人比例跟亚裔几乎对调，黑人faculty占比极少，亚裔大概10%
。学校一直以来也尽力招黑人，奈何水平确实有限。亚裔faculty很多是over
qualified招来的。其中，印度裔占比大概是亚裔中的30-35%，华裔占比40-45%。华裔
在学校的高层领导，只有一个助理副校长（半韩裔+半华裔），几个副院长。
想问问大家，这种情况，应如何应对？谢谢。 |

Blacks and Latinos constantly use racial percentages in general population
to measure everything - this is cheating, and is turning everything into a
breeding competition - the more your race breeds, the more you get (it's
actually communism) - it'll turn the human world into an animal kingdom! And
it's destroying America!
You should also fight back to question why black and latino student athletes
overrepresent on campus everywhere (with an NCAA proposal from Obama era,
the student athletes now can earn millions while playing for school; but
Asian students/faculty can't earn from their patents); why NBA/NFL/TV/movie/
music/... show tons of blacks/latinos but no Asians at all; ...
If they really believe in diversity, they should respect the diversity in
skill sets; they should be more concerned about lack of Asians everywhere
outside academia; ...

篮球，足球队当主教练，助理教练，那些位置挣钱比教授多。
美国NBA主教练也应该按照球员比例来。

歧视排挤而进入学术圈。亚裔overrepresented 是结果不是原因，要改变就得从根上，
原因上入手。比如提高亚裔在NBA，NFL,国会议员 ect的比例开始。
