我们在7月底向公司提出合同到期后不再续租，但对方却告诉我们租期已经按合同自动
延续到明年9月。我们翻出合同来看，原来写道：
“...for the terms of 12 months, beginning Septermber 1,2009 *and continuing
in full force and effect after the above term from year to year until
either the Lessor or the Lessee, on or before the forst day of July in any
year, gives to the other written notice of intertion to terminate this lease
on the last day of Auguest next after the day of said not |

发帖数: 13586 | 5 Normally you need to notify them about your decision 2 months before the
contract expires. If the contract expires on Sep 1st, you have to tell them
you want to move out before Jul 1st. If you failed to do so, they will renew
the contract automatically. Usually they will send you a notice more than 3
months before the expiration day. |
