If you transfer money from any of your bank to another bank, you will be
charged a fee......BOA, JP Morgan, CITI, and all others........
They are banks, not charities.
BTW, if you transfer your money from your WF account to another account, say
a CITI account. Who do you think is charging you the fee? Both of them....
