body?
how many of you are like this?
Yesterday I went kayak fishing. My god, all water was gone. I had to carry
my kayak for nearly two miles. I was totally exhausted.
can this kind of fatigue become some kind of exercise?
Mainly I work in front of screen using my brain everyday.
So during weekend, I exercise my body.
But is extreme exhaustion good to us?
Do you have such experience that you were extremely tired but felt h |

for me, even walking 20 miles is nearly impossible.
ocean kayak kea. only 30 lb.
most exciting is I don't need to buy a car rack to carry it.
it can be loaded IN my car, which saved me $300.
