早上起来是处于脱水状态, 血压太高, 血液很粘稠, 这个时候运动对心脏很不好,
大多数老年人多心肌梗塞脑中风就是在刚起来的一个小时以内发生的 除开你吃了东西
, 喝了很多水, 在等一个钟头消化了以后, 再去运动。
那就要看你什么时候起来了, 如果你6点起来开始准备 7点开始运动, 那还是早上。

when the body temp is the highest (around 1:00pm)
2) flexibility is related with body temp.
If you're just recreational, it doesn't matter that much. |

have a look at the pic and then you will know.
Body temp changes all the time even though in human it is called Homeostasis
. the rhythm is synchronized to light/dark cycle
if you search some ref on human factor or strength training, you can find
more interesting things
