I also have the same experience. All of my paypal accounts got limited a few months ago, and could not restated. I called paypal many times, but did not tell me the reason. Since PayPal is NOT a bank, they do not need to follow federal banking regulations.
My account was closed because I accepted a few payment from mitbbs buyers. So, try to stay away from paypal to accept payment | t*******5

but it really was a phishing scam.

paid me. Paypal is not friendly to any payment you receive other than ebay
transaction.

each time.
I still have over $2000 gift cards reversed to my paypal, wondering how I
can get it out.

since he does not have BOA. I bet this is a good find and there should be no
limit too.

难道，对方用MASS PAY，大额的PAYMENT，没有问题？

这一点是肯定的，但是没有提到：你如果是比较新的帐号，你得悠着点来，少转点，少
收点。如果不怕PAYPAL查，那也好，让它查查，以后就不会查你了。

account becomes limited, the rest were in danger or got closed.
