The buyer and seller agree that there are no scratches, no haze, no fungus,
no grease on the lens elements. Focusing and zooming rings are both moving
smoothly. There are no noticeable optical or mechanical defects of the lens.
The package includes the original box on which the serial number matching
the serial number on the lens, front and tail cap, hood, pouch and warranty
card.
We agree upon a full refund policy, subtracting the shipping fee which is $
20, should the buyer decides to return the package on any grounds. The

对你来说，逃税可能是你可以在网络上炫耀的资本，也能得到心理上和经济上的满足；
对一个律师来说，任何容易被指摘的法律漏洞都可以砸了我的饭碗，这个饭碗是我赖以

确实有1st Amendment right，但仅仅说说话可以说是joking，我并不知道对方就会照
着我说的去做，从法律上说不算犯罪，所以发贴和灌水在大多数情况下不是问题。但一
旦出现了金钱上的交易，1st Amendment就不再是理由, you actively participate
and facilitating somebody else's illegal act
