Below is the information for your electronic travel certificate, good for
roundtrip travel from a JetBlue city in the continental U.S. to any of
JetBlue's fabulous international destinations. Check out the details for
your travel certificate, booking instructions and important information on
how JetBlue travel certificates work. Please print and save this email so
you have the instructions and information available for reference.
You will need the Authorization and PIN below to redeem your certificate.
Travel Certificate Details:
Travel Valid For: Roundtrip airfare on JetBlue
Origin/Destination: Must depart from any JetBlue City in the continental U.S
. (i.e., 48 states, not including Puerto Rico) to any of the following
International JetBlue Cities: Aruba; Barbados; Bermuda; Cancun, Mexico;
Colombia (Cartagena or Bogota); Costa Rica (Liberia or San Jose); Dominican
Republic (Samana, Santiago, Santo Domingo, La Romana, Punta Cana or Puerto
Plata); Grand Cayman; Jamaica (Kingston or Montego Bay); Nassau, Bahamas; St
. Maarten; St. Lucia; or Turks & Caicos
Valid Dates:
Redeem between November 8, 2012, and February 13, 2013, for eligible travel
between January 8, 2013, and February 13, 2013.
How to Book:
Call 1 (800) JETBLUE and ask to be transferred to Crew Support.
Inform the agent that you'd like to redeem an Election Protection travel
authorization letter.
Provide the Authorization Number and PIN listed above.
Government taxes/fees apply, will vary by destination, and are the
responsibility of the passenger. A major credit card will be required to
cover any applicable taxes and fees at time of booking.
You are not required to bring this letter to the airport; however, we
recommend you keep a copy for your records. Once your travel has been
confirmed, you will be issued a JetBlue Confirmation number and itinerary.
Remember, JetBlue is a ticketless airline.
Important Information on How Certificates Work:
Certificate is valid for one-time use for travel booked and flown within the
valid dates in accordance with the specified restrictions (e.g., origin,
destination, etc.).
Redeemed travel is subject to availability, and seats may not be available
on all flights. Blackout dates apply, and travel is capacity controlled. (
Flights to/from Caribbean destinations subject to heightened capacity
controls.) Schedules subject to change without notice. Not valid for
bookings on partner airlines or code share or interline flights; not valid
in connection with JetBlue Getaways or Cruises.
Government taxes and fees apply to travel booked using a Certificate, are
the responsibility of the passenger and will vary based on route. Taxes and
fees may include, without limitation, September 11 Security Fees of up to $5
each way; government fees and taxes up to $120.80 each way for
international travel; and a Value Added Tax of up to $212.28 each way for
Barbados, Colombia, Mexico, Dominican Republic and Costa Rica travel.
Government taxes/fees are subject to change as required by law. Passenger
also is solely responsible for fees for oversized, overweight or extra
baggage and fees for products/services sold separately, such as Even More
Space seats, pet fees, in-flight movies, etc. To view baggage fees and other

Certificate is transferable but may not be purchased, sold, bartered, traded
on an auction website or otherwise exchanged for value without prior
written consent from JetBlue. Certificate is not redeemable for cash and has
no cash value. Passengers are subject and entitled to all provisions of

Certificate may be redeemed only by calling 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2583) and
providing the authorization number and PIN. Certificate may not be redeemed
at airport ticket counters or online. The authorization number and PIN
cannot be replaced if lost or stolen (except as required by law), and
JetBlue is not responsible for lost or stolen Certificates, authorization
numbers or PINs. (Customers will not be able to redeem their Certificate
without both the authorization and PIN.) Change and cancellation
restrictions and fees may apply. Redeemed travel is not eligible for
