It now seems every team can put up 30+ on the board
against Rams(Seahawks was shut out last week against
Dolphins). Warner had another 350+ game. Faulk had
some good running today. But the whole offense is
a bit conservative, not as explosive as before. We
always got lots of guys open on the field and got a
lot of run-after-recieve yardages, but not today. It
seems Mike Martz is practicing his running game and
old-fasioned offense.

zone defense正好可以限制run after catch
比如jerry rice的杀手锏就是对付人盯人时，
一个quick slang,10码以内的传球，
把corner back甩身后，
然后就是50+的长跑到TD。
要是区域防守，后面有safety接应，
即使接住球也跑不远。

ball quickly to a guy near you. So we can't play
the zone defense(which usually means a loose coverage).
we need a much more tight coverage.
