That creates it's problems too. It's difficult for the players to keep up
with the rules. The rules are very complicated already. In the game, at the
split of a second, players have no time to think. They play by instinct
which won't change over night or even months.
It also affect coaches' game planning. Good for smart coaches like
Belichick who will be the first to take advantage of the changes.

卖奶波就是最好的例子.
已经是9年的老将, 居然不知道常规赛的加时后还是可以以平局结束的,
最后几分钟不紧不慢地进攻, 到了记者会上别人告诉他了还一脸的茫然.
他在NFC冠军赛里是1胜4负, 在超级碗里是0-1.
在33岁, 正当壮年的时候开始, 连续3年在3个队保不住拱手送给他的首发位置.
肯定还有很多没有外界不知道的例子,
教练在训练的时候就看出来了, 不声不响把这人解决掉, 我们就再也没听说过.

the new rules, and practice them, but in the game's boom-boom high speed
situation, your body reacts by instinct. That will take a while to catch up.
Especially for some uncommon rules that players don't necessary have many
chances to practice them in training. |

现在的规则是40秒内重新进攻，让OL大胖子从场地这头跑另一端，还要准备下一次进攻
，40秒不够，许多情况下不得不叫暂停。

games are way too long already. Adding any more interruption will make the
game unwatchable. They need to do something the shorten the game before they
can introduce camera review.

在四十年代以前, 如果击球手在前两个球都没有挥棒, 不管是balls or strikes
全场观众都要起哄骂他的了.
哪像现在的人, 每个球之前都要来一大番礼节.
