Orioles 到时最好是WS的有力竞争者，不然，如果我是乌鸦的球迷和巴尔的摩的居民，
我绝对会杯葛这场比赛。 |

have scheduled the opening game on Wednesday like last year, who cares
about Jewish holiday.
When's the last time a Superbowl Champion opened next season opener on the

Since 2004, every SB Champion opened on Thursday night at home(except last
year Giants opened on Wednesday night.)

Season opener at home, it's a privilege the SB winner earned. Not fair for
the ravens fans.

fans stopped going to Orioles' game. Even when they were winning last year,
the stadium was half empty most of the time unless Yankees or Redsocks
coming to town.
ps. I originally wrote 15 losing seasons. It turns out to be 14 years from
1998 to 2011, not as bad as I thought.

the real reason, i suspect, is the owner of Orioles doesn't want to
acknowledge that Orioles is second to the Ravens in the city of Baltimore,
so is the case between MLB and NFL. they are holding their ground firm. they
are protecting MLB, by screwing up fans in the city of Baltimore.
that's why if i live in Baltimore, i would boycott the game, just to give
the finger back to the Orioles owner and MLB commissioner.

当年刚来的时候就赶上扣子揭幕战，去Downtown凑了热闹，来唱歌的是Kelly Clarkson
，虽然当年我不看也不懂球，但是很happy

home, what's the point of having the champ play in the opener at all?
