平常情况下这么干 罚5码
最后关头这么干 罚5码 ＆ 减时10秒
刚才查Rule Book核对的时候 偶然发现
原来减时这个惩罚 是永远不会针对守方的
即使他们狗急跳墙有意犯规来停表
白纸黑字写着
"The time runoff penalty shall never be assessed against the defense"
