像证据比较充足，谣言说法官会倾向NFL，4场suspension不会被推翻。。。
今天法官是说：NFL不能以‘知情’作为惩罚依据，不合理。 |

法官主要基于三点：
A) inadequate notice to Brady of both his potential discipline (fourgame
suspension) and his alleged misconduct; (B) denial of the opportunity for
Brady to
examine one of two lead investigators, namely NFL Executive Vice President
and General Counsel JeffPash; and (C) denial of equal access to
investigative files, including witness interview notes.

开始说法官只能说procedure合法不合法不可以对结论做判断，所以NFL胜。
现在法官说了NFL的procedure不合法推翻，丫们又蹦出来说法官没说鼻子有没有罪。
