中航商用飞机发动机有限责任公司(简称“中航工业商发”)是中国航空工业集团公司(
简称“中航工业”)旗下的直属子公司之一，是按照党中央、国务院确立的 大型客机重
大专项战略决策，在上海成立的国家大型客机发动机项目主体和总承制单位，承载着让
装配“中国心”的国产大飞机早日翱翔蓝天的光荣任务。公司成立 于2009年1月18日，
是由中航工业、上海电气集团、上海国盛集团共同出资组建的股份多元化企业，注册资
本为60亿元人民币。
中航工业商发在充分利用国内航空工业现有条件的基础上，优化配置国内外资源，
构建民用发动机研发、制造、营销服务平台，优先开展国家立项的大涵道比涡 扇发动
机验证机的研发工作，并在此基础上研制出具有自主知识产权，满足适航标准的150座
级商用飞机发动机，逐步构建我国具有自主创新能力、适应市场竞争 需求的民用航空
发动机产业，培育航空发动机总体集成、资源整合、供应商管理、客户服务、国际化运
作及其管理五大核心能力。
中航工业商发将紧紧围绕“技术发展、产品发展、产业发展”协调共进的总体思路
，开展商用飞机动力装置及其相关产品的设计、研制、生产、总装、试验、销售、维修
、服务、技术开发和技术咨询业务。中航工业商发以构建我国大涵道比航空发动机研发
、制造、装配、试车、服务的网络体系为主线，以“自主研制与国际合作并举” 为手
段，充分利用国内外研发与制造资源，建立资源集成网络，通过共同设计研制，突破关
键技术，实现从发动机零组件到整机自主设计、研发、制造能力的提升， 不断培育和
巩固公司的核心能力，打造强劲“中国心”，驱动中国大飞机早日翱翔蓝天，实现国家

AVIC Commercial Aircraft Engine Co, Ltd (ACAE) was founded on 18th January,
2009. ACAE is one of the subsidiaries of Aviation Industry Corporation of
China (AVIC). It is a limited liability company with a Board of Directors,
AVIC, Shanghai Electric Corporation and Shanghai Guosheng Group, with
registered capital of 6 billion RMB.
ACAE will inherit AVIC's tenet and carry out the philosophy of "commitment
and integrity, innovative and preeminent", and stick to the development
strategy of "TWO Participations, THREE Innovations, FIVE Approaches, Target
of Sales of One Trinity".Firmly centering on the company's main thought-
Technology Development, Product Development and lndustry Development, ACAE
bears the responsibility for commercial aircraft engine and the related
products, including R&D, manufacture, final assembly, testing, sales, MRO,
service, technological development and consultation. ACAE focuses on setting
up the network-researching, developing, manufacturing, assembling, testing
and serving for the China-made high bypass ratio aero-engine, by the way of
combining self-made business with international cooperation, take advantage
of the domestic/international research and manufacturing resource; build up
the integrated resource network; realize the promotion of 'component to full
engine R&D and manufacture' by designing, researching and breaking through
the key technologies together; train and strengthen the core capability of
the company constantly; create the strong 'China Heart'; fasten the process
of 'China commercial aircraft' project, realizing the will of the state,
boosting China, boosting the world.
