【是否必须华人圈】如果可以最好，但是不必须
近期可能会在公司内部有调动需要搬到亚特兰大而且应该是在那里长期居住，所以第一
年应该是租房然后稳定下来以后就考虑买房。
孩子也到快要上学的年龄了所以学区也需要考虑。
希望在亚特兰大的兄弟姐妹能给予指点。谢谢了。 |

Is it pretty safe over there? I searched online and it's actually less than
10 miles away from my office.
I found this place based on your suggestion. Could you please take a look at
it and see it's a good place to live(safety, schools, etc) when you have
some time? I really appreciate it!

Don't know what place you are talking about, but if the house is zoned to
feed into Walton/Pope/Lassiter High Schools, then the area it's in should
mostly be safe and the elementary school should mostly be good.
You biggest problem would be to actually find a rental. There are not many
apartments; and houses fly off the market whether they are for sale or for
rent.

过1年半。房子比较小。尽量选3卧室的房子。隔河就是Sandy spring.旁边有个森林。
