for fairway wood, 14*=3 wood, 19*=5wood
for hybrid, 19*= 2iron, 21*=3iron, 24*= 4iron, roughly.
As for beginner, choose regular shaft.If you are strong and swing really
fast, choose stiff.

I know is they are making top quality fairway woods and hybrids.
To my understanding, GS Tour is the newer model, launched maybe this year? I
could be wrong.
