一直苦恼 driver 不会用,
有天在球场遇一高人指点,从此 driver 的水平不在一般人之下.
兴奋了好几天,天天练习driver,
可是等有一天开始摸铁杆的时候
发现完全不会用,
特别是球总往右偏.
怎么回事啊,之前铁杆一打一个准的. | Y**e

发帖数: 4031 | 3 还有这事？我以前都是木杆练后，挥铁杆很顺。推测可能是挥木杆的时候过于强调杆头
滞后，随后挥铁杆击球时，球杆斜面关闭不及时。 | A*f

i dont know why yet. but since my driver and my iron swing plane is very dif
ferent, it is not surprise to me. now i usually swing few hybrid in between,
and my 3wood and hyrbid are the most steady one for now.

I applied same principles on both driver and iron swings. I've got more
solid and straighter on both recently. | c******e

郁闷啊,要是现在IRONS的水平能恢复到以前,8字头唾手可得啊....

very good ya
even few of my friends who routinely hit 80s still struggle sometimes into
low 90s
btw, if your driver is good, you can get away from playing irons from
shorter course or blue/white tee, which could get you lower score.
my case is different, my driver is like "成也萧何，败也萧何", when it is on,
no need iron, and low score, but when it is off, big number usually come
out from it. recovery shots are horrible since i dont have solid irons, make
me wonder often, that i might be better of j

发帖数: 2325 | 9 reminds me that in june 2009, my fairway hit is 70% average 210yard. but
iron play so much worse than my averge. otherwise may break 100 there.
driver swing is more of sweep feeling, while iron swing is more of up and
down...
总往右偏, me too once upon time. here was what i tried:
first of all, make sure you absolutely aware the lowest point of your iron
swing is, and the lowest point of your downswing should be ahead of ball.
so clubface contact ball first... contact ground first will lead to

发帖数: 83 | 10 the suggested drills make sense. If swing plane (more up and down swing) and
grip (not too weak) are both good, the problem might be that you did not
release the club...
kinds of wayward shots.
ball solid... hit ball from range mattress too forgiving and give you false
feel good of your shots...
