release 的样子. i think your swing should look good according to your
handicap level.
swing video 拍多了可能tedious. 特别是slomo.
没有coach，动作又不稳定。 偶尔拍一下可能还是有帮助。 ET就是用swing video 的
先驱。
这一次感觉可以理解 swing 的样子 跟我swing thought和习惯特点 的关系了。
也许可以调整的更加text book 一些。

发帖数: 4031 | 9 谢谢， 你过奖了。我挥杆不合理的细节不少，只是不敢做大幅度的修正。前年，大前
年都做过至少一次幅度比较大的调整，结果是，几个月没法打球。从去年开始，基本不
做什么调整，所以大起大伏也没有出现过。可能我现在挥杆的重复性比较好，很少有死
赖死，经常会有Pull-left，但不是特别靠左。或许也是下场的次数多，临场应变有进
步。
最近三场3W发挥还行，我试着用3W在较短的4杆洞开球，平均230码，比我的开球杆少不
了多少码，而且留给下一杆的距离也比较好打。下一步，可能过一段时间，想不带开球
杆打场球，看看有什么大的区别。
