This letter is to request your reconsideration about my visa to US,
which will definitely change my fate.
The clause to refuse my application is 214(b), which says I haven't
shown that I have sufficiently strong family. But in the interview,
I was refused because the officer said I didn't show enough English
proficiency in the conversation. I don't think the reasons are
