Two years ago, department told me I lost my support at the end of Augest.
I have to apply again. I am lucky that I got offer from my department now
for fall. I got offer from my current department when I applied.
But you must get offer from them. All depends on whether the department
have support for you. It will be a little bit easy to get admision without
support. For my case, when I ask those I got offer before, most of them told
