现在，NICS回信讲我matched with prohibitive criteria：Non-immigration visa。
接着一段话讲“To expedite the validation process, if you believe you are the
individual who meets this criteria, and are in possession of the original
certificated documents which contain an embossed agency seal and would like
to submit them to our office......."
请问，我该如何做呢？这段话讲什么？这个盖了钢印的东西是啥啊？有没有必要买个打
猎证，复印了寄过去？ |

otherwise you have to chose "yes" and "must" provide dealer with a valid in-
state hunting license
you should probably have listened to experienced people here other than that stupid
salesman. :P

The guy was wrong. The second NO should be YES, and in the back or some
other place of the form, there is a blank for you to fill what that
Exemption is, which should be your hunting license and the # of the license.
This is one of the easiest way to satisfy that "exemption" rule, otherwise
people with non-immigration visa are not allowed to have a gun.
