美国一名19岁青年日前在被警方追击途中，疑似转身向警察做出举枪动作，被8名警察
连开120枪打死。事后，该青年的家人向警方索赔1.2亿美元。
这名青年名叫阿卜杜·阿里安。当地媒体称，周三晚上，他在行驶途中被警方要求
停车检查，但他拒绝停车并高速逃离，警方随即与他展开飞车追逐。被5辆警车拦住去
路后，阿里安弃车逃跑，并转身对着警察做出一个疑似举枪的动作。
8名警察随后开枪，将120发子弹射向阿里安，致其当场倒地身亡。然而，事后警方
并没有在现场发现他的枪。据报道，阿里安在被警方追击时，曾给911打电话称：“我
身上有枪，我不怕那些警察。如果他们掏枪，我就拿出自己的枪打他们。”
《洛杉矶时报》称，阿里安的家人和律师称：“我们向洛杉矶市提交了一份1.2亿
美元的索赔，这相当于让警方为一颗子弹赔偿100万美元。”而洛杉矶警察局则解释说
，死者曾拒绝警方停止威胁的要求，并做出威胁公众和警方的安全的动作，做出这种动

夹应该是瞬间160发子弹。
装个弹夹不过一秒钟，两分钟八个人打个几百发子弹很正常。
那孙子还声称自己有枪，会开火。

target is down, and that's the universal rule for military, law
enforcement and self defense. If you don't know that, you need to go
through a self defense class.
It's not like he was HIT 120 times, nor did he go down on the first
shot, neither did the cops dump 119 rounds on his dead body.

Then the cops on scene are all great shots. that's over 25 yard on a moving
"armed" target, at low light.
that is some seriously outstanding feats of marksmanship. damn, they should
all be on top shot.

. Why police always tends to think that you overly used deadly force in this kind of situation? And try to have a pathologist to testify that the person you killed was killed on 1st or 2nd or whatever the shot fired. |

charge you with that, if evidence suggests. The cops might also get charged
in the same manner, if evidence suggests so.
Shooting multiple rounds is one thing, executing a neutralized threat is
another.

发帖数: 1211 | 19 问题是训练有素的警察遇上持枪犯，都会紧张地开上十枪八枪，若我们遇上枪匪，能保
证他一枪倒地，还是看他持枪还会动，再轰他几枪，我感觉若开了枪，那情况下至少会
扣板机两三下吧！

long as same std applied to police and regular Joe, I don't have problem.
