bluetooth dongle attached to (since my computer does not have build-in
bluetooth functionality), do I need to pair the keyboard and my computer
every time I reboot? Will i still be able to use the arrow keys to select OS
-es on the pre-boot screen?
the keyboard i am taking about is Palm 3245WW Wireless Bluetooth Keyboard if
that matters.

1) cannot control boot sequence, unless your bios support bluetooth (I know
some)
2) slow power-on connection --that's why most mouses quit bluetooth these
day
3) slow sleep-wake up -- if you do not use, it sleeps, and takes several
seconds to wake up
Lesson learnt from iGo-Sony UX.
