。每次都玩这个伎俩，甚至俺搬家都玩这套。更不用提，当初introduction 的$
250rebate压根没拿到。今天看到下个月104块，打电话无数遍，能给最好的“
promotion”就是降到85左右一个月。实在是让我出离愤怒了，决定试试sonic的fusion
。希望sonic不要让俺太失望，现在有点担心11000 wire feet有点太远。 |

或电视。下个月初就要到了，我刚刚打电话去Cancel，他们挽留我，给我了$39.99每月
的Blast（20M/s Download）,一年，又给了$5的Discount，半年。暗示我过半年我可以
再打过去。
其实不怕麻烦，多折腾一下估计能拿到29.99每月的Blast
不然就准备Cancel了，换个人申请，现在有$19.99的Promotion，不过说要有
ExsitingService。不想折腾了
其实以前用FIOS的Internet+TV（单独Internet特别贵，便宜不了多少），开始有
Discount(也要50，60一个月），很快就70多一个月了，就换了Comcast，便宜多了，速度也可接受 |

更恶心的是， comcast有时候强制性的要收你安装费， 说你的地址不能自己安装，你
只能自己装（其实就是activate)好以后， 把它的安装给cancel了。我怀疑这是
comcast用来养外勤人员的办法，

modems by refusing to activate unlicensed products.
If you end up have one such device, the only solution is to register it
using a model number from "authorized" products. They don't check if the MAC
addresses and manufacturers actually match.

有加密的无线网和comcast chat了一下，来人修了，重新布了新线，居然是免费的服务
。不过安装的时候我出了$50，号称还是50% off. |

force exorbitant certification fees on the manufacturer.
Unfortunately, Comcast has not updated its list of compatible devices since
then. I bought the cheap device only to find Comcast rejected to
activate it because "the Comcast system does not take it as a valid input".
So I called again, with the brand name and model number owned by Comcast
itself to get through the activation process. Then everything worked flawlessly. In the
end, Comcast proved beautifully why monopoly is never a good thing.

才好像会问你新modem是啥，如果你是新plan，online activate好像只管confirm mac
， 好像会自动认出你的modem的牌子，不过没试过comcast不认的牌子，不知道会发生

了， 觉得comcast除了没有讨价还价的余地的话， 没啥别的， 当然这事它在当地的垄
断造成的。

Agent说的马上Effective一样，还算满意
速度也可接受

don't know it's true or not.
That's why I plan to pay 2.5 times more for a business internet.
