dell。
首先网站经常出错，网页竟然经常有html 代码
然后交货服务简直是糟得不能再遭。
我是4月5日下单，当时说13日左右就能拿到。
然后昨天就是13日的时候，没有任何通知。
然后我上网站查状态，竟然说我的order是invalid ID.
一急，打电话去问，客户代表说我的thinkpad e420竟然要到5月第2个星期才能拿到。
我说，怎么回事？然后客户代表说他们也不知道怎么回事，而且他们不能帮我做任何事
情去加速流程。
我说，竟然要到5月第2个星期才能拿到，那么lenovo就不应该在我下订单的时候说能在
13日左右拿到。这是欺骗。
而且，我订的笔记本要到1个半月后才能拿到，这价格怎么算？可是要减价。
客户代表除了说sorry外，不能作任何事情。
今天在上网站一查，还是同样的错误，然后打电话再查，乖乖，他们周六日不上班。要
等到周一。本来打算这周末好好的装一下软件。
显而易见，我的笔记本电脑是在16日也拿不到的 |

Five years ago wife ordered a Dell notebook. She specifically asked for 2GB
of RAM. After one month my wife still had not received anything so she
called Dell. Dell first said they didn't know what happened. Then they said
the product had been delivered to the wrong address and had been returned.
Wife checked the address which is right and Dell said they would retry.
Finally one month later the notebook arrived. Two months later I found the
notebook has only 1GB of RAM. So we paid 2 GB Ram only to get 1 GB. But we
were too tired to correct. |

我7年给自己和别人买过4个Dell，4个Acer，统统没有问题
中关村土产除非特别便宜，从来都不看
