Lenovo TS140 is the way to go. Add RAMs (up to 32GB) and SSD by yourself.

concern for this one.
I just wanna make sure the quietness about the system and not over spend too
much.

CoolerMaster的HAF912不错，现在只要$39，我买的$49，可能没你的好看
CPU Cooler可以先不买，用stock cooler先
500W的Corsair CX500M现在是要$29
话说你都买960了，干嘛不把i5换成xeon 1231v3(带stock cooler)，外号穷人的i7

发帖数: 13 | 11 选Msi 主要就是评价噪音水平不错。低于960又没有h265 硬解。
希望是轻度使用噪音不至于noticeable.
Cpu 也看了Xeon v3, 确实可以换，不过整体性能可能也没区别。
谢谢各位的建议。跟我现在core2duo 比，相似的配置最后性能和安静应该都会有不少
提升。 |

Finally finished the build over the weekend..below is the final list
Xeon 1231v3 227
MSI GTX 960 gaming 2G 150

CPU+MB could have been bit cheaper($50 prob) if go with i5 4690k combo from
Micro Center...
Quite bit different from original plan..decided to try a smaller case as I
really dont need lots of drives/accessories space. The finished product is
pretty close to what I want from noise point of view. With everything at
stock setting System temp and noise are only slightly above ambient level.
Only regret was the case:
1)The case layout could be better. Cable management is definitely a problem.
The space behind MB tray is just toooo narrow. I had to force the side
panel back on.
2)With a Micro-ATX form factor connecting all the ports/cables is a pain...I
should have planned better. One important thing is do not install the
cooler first as it occupy much of the space. I also forgot to put the back
port cover on first, had to uninstall the MB with all everything connected..
