I bought a karaoke mixer for Xmas. However, it was a defect product and
making noise. I didn't want to just ship it back because I need to pay for
this shipping. I called their tech support for help. They could not figure
out the problem and didn't give me any hint on any possible solutions I
could try to solve the problem. They asked me to ship it back. Twenty days
later, I got the refund, only partially. |

issue a refund within 14 days of your receipt less handling & shipping fee.
Please contact our return department for RMA#. Customers will bear all
shipping costs for the return of non-defective hardware. If you received
free shipping on your order, you will be charged for shipping fee at $7 + $1
per pound.

当然有RMA#,是他们让我ship回去的。
这些都不是问题。关键是东西是不是有问题全凭他们一句话。还狂挂我的电话。

发帖数: 1734 | 9 我买的是Audio 2000 的一款，不太清楚Acesonic得怎么样。
我还试过朋友的BMB DX -3000 Karaoke mixer，感觉人声和音乐声在我试过的两款
Audio 2000和BMB Karaoke mixer 上面都mix得不太好，而且话筒声音控制也不尽如人
意。最后试了另一个朋友的Behringer Xenyx 1202FX 感觉好太多了，尽管Behringer这
个牌子版上的童鞋们貌似不太喜欢。
本来我想买Karaoke mixer,是看中了又遥控和升降调功能，唱起来比较方便。不过根据
我个人的经历，还是买regular mixer吧。
