Sorry I can't type Chinese on this computer. I recently bought JBL SB 350
soundbar. The sound quality is great and I have been using Bluetooth for
listening to music
However, I am having issues connecting the soundbar to my four years old
Sharp TV. JBL SB 350 only offers HDMI ARC which my TV doesn't support,
therefore I used optical cable instead. After I connect the TV to soundbar
via optical cable, there is no sound coming from the soundbar. I tried both
cable (Verizon FIOS) and Roku (both connected to TV via HDMI input).
Is there any step I missed here which caused the issue? How can I fix it?
