I've a nice 2BR townhouse to sublease. It will be available from Mid/late-
May to the end of November (even starting form June would also be fine).
After Nov. you can extend the lease month by month if you like.
The townhouse locates in University Apartments complex close to NCSU campus
and near wolfline and CAT bus stop, so transportation is very convenient
here.
The rent per month is $525 and the utilities are very cheap.
