昨天找到一处房子，我们夫妻俩人，房东说好的水电全免，只用交一半的cable。觉得
还满意，就签了lease，交了deposit+first
month rent。但是，lease上没有写任何关于utilities的条款。
今天给她打电话，他说要我们出一半的电费。我觉得他做事挺没信用，尤其是担心他过
两天再加点别的，或者搬出去是多口我们的
deposit，不想租他的房子了。我们还没住进去，不知能不能要回所有的租金和定金？
我们有利的是
1，lease不在他手里，只有一分在我手里，还没复印给她呢。
2, 她给我发了封email，里面说他是忘记说了，“Iam sorry i did not let you know
about the utilities i should have told
you..That add was originally for one person use but now that you and your
wife will be here its only fair that we
share the utilities”
我们的不利是，支票已经给她了。
