Two bed rooms could be live as three bed rooms without living room, at the
top of the building, 6FL. Reasonable size pre-war Apt in Manhattan. Very
clean, furnished and new renovated Apt. Great location in quiet Chinatown
area. Parking beside the building. close to subway and bus.
Would be avaible to move in by Sep 15, or you could move in now and living
with current tenant until Sep 15, after he leave US and you could take over
the apt on your own. One year lease, need to have good credit, we
