roommate to fill the other room. The unit is about 1000 square feet with two
bed and bath rooms.
The apartment itself is at the top of the hill with a nice view. The rent
for the master bedroom is $730 and $600 for the smaller one(or best offer).
Plus the Utility(about $80 per person) and parking($60/month), although
street parking is available.
